Facebook Messenger: your company Page's conversations in the shared inbox
AISAR connects Messenger through the official Facebook Login for Business: you sign in to Facebook and pick your company Page, and its conversations land in the shared inbox next to WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram. Any operator with access to the channel can reply, and AISAR only gets access to the Page's messages. 7 days free.

What Facebook Messenger gives you in AISAR
Meta's official channel, with AISAR's tools on top.
Your company Page in the shared inbox
Messages customers send to the Page arrive in AISAR next to your other channels. Any operator with access to the channel replies.
Photos, videos, files and buttons
Customers send text, photos, videos, audio, files and stickers. You can reply with text, an image, video, audio, a file and quick-reply buttons.
The customer's name and photo on the card
The contact card picks up the name and avatar from the sender's Facebook profile, so the operator sees right away who they're talking to.
Access to conversations only
AISAR doesn't read the Page's feed and posts, ad accounts or insights. Only an access token for that one Page is stored, and your personal Facebook token never stays on the server.
Automations for inbound messagesBusiness
You can allow automations on the channel, and inbound Messenger messages go through the same scenarios as your other channels.
How to connect
A three-step wizard plus Facebook's sign-in window. You'll need a published Page and a role that can reply to messages.
- 1
Pick Facebook Messenger in the channel catalog
In the AISAR workspace: Settings, Channels, Add channel.
- 2
Set the channel's name and time zone
In the same wizard, choose which teams see the channel and whether automations are allowed on it.
- 3
Sign in with Facebook
Accept the Meta terms, sign in with the account that manages the Page and grant the requested access.
- 4
Pick the Page
AISAR shows the list of your Pages. Click the one you want, and the channel switches to Connected.
A step-by-step guide with screenshots is in the docs: docs.aisar.app, "Connecting Facebook Messenger"
Limitations
Messenger rules and the current version's limits worth knowing before you connect.
The 24-hour window. You can reply within 24 hours of the customer's last message. After that, AISAR shows a warning above the input, and a message sent anyway comes back as not delivered. This is a Meta rule, not an AISAR one. What happens after connecting
No Messenger broadcasts yet. You can't write to a customer outside the 24-hour window: Meta's paid messages for that aren't supported yet. Product carousels can't be sent either, and customer reactions are visible, but you can't react from AISAR yet.Current version limits
Past conversations don't carry over. AISAR shows messages from the moment the channel is connected. Earlier history from the Page's inbox stays in Facebook.Current version limits
You need a role that can reply to messages. The Page must be published, and you need an admin or editor role on it with messaging access. One Page can be connected to only one company in AISAR.What you'll need to connect
The Start plan: Facebook Messenger as your only channel, for one user. Automations come with the Business plan at 20 000 ₸ / mo, which also includes 3 channels and 5 users, and an extra channel can be added on Business for 10 000 ₸ / mo.

FAQ
About cost, the Page and the reply window.
The AISAR subscription starts at 9 900 ₸ a month on the Start plan: one channel and one user. Business at 20 000 ₸ a month gives you 3 channels, 5 users and automations.
A published Page where you have an admin or editor role with permission to reply to messages. Pages without that permission, and Pages already connected to AISAR, can't be picked from the list.
No, Messenger only accepts replies within 24 hours of the customer's last message. As soon as the customer writes again, you can reply as usual.
Only the Messenger conversations. AISAR doesn't read the Page's feed, posts, ad accounts or insights. If access is revoked in Facebook, the channel switches to Expired and can be reconnected.
