By default up to 20 messages a minute with a random pause of 5–15 seconds, so the broadcast doesn't look like spam. Replying "stop" unsubscribes the contact automatically.

You can allow AISAR automations on the channel, so part of the inbound handling runs without an operator doing it by hand.
Works with a cloud password
If two-step verification is on for the account, the wizard asks for the cloud password in a separate field after the confirmation code.
How to connect
A three-step wizard. You'll need a device where Telegram is already signed in to the right account.

Pick Telegram in the channel catalog
In the AISAR workspace: Settings, Channels, Add channel.

Set the name, time zone and access
In the same wizard, choose which teams see the channel and whether broadcasts and automations are allowed on it.

Scan the QR code or sign in by number
In Telegram: Settings, Devices, Link Desktop Device. Or enter your phone number and the code Telegram sends you.

The channel is connected
The status changes to Connected, and messages start arriving in the shared inbox.

Limitations
An unofficial connection: rules worth knowing up front.
The account can be restricted. Telegram itself imposes restrictions, and AISAR has no say in that. The main cause is spam complaints from recipients: don't send cold first messages to strangers, and don't launch a big broadcast right after connecting a new account.How to avoid Telegram restrictions
Broadcast speed is capped. By default up to 20 messages a minute. There is no daily cap by default; you can set one in the broadcast settings. The wizard warns you if you raise the speed above the recommended value.Rate limits by channel
The session can be ended from another device. AISAR shows up in the account's device list. If someone ends that session by hand, the channel disconnects and has to be connected again.Common connection issues
