The channel runs on the bot's token and isn't tied to any particular employee. No phone or QR code is needed to connect.

Pick Telegram Bot in the channel catalog
In the AISAR workspace: Settings, Channels, Add channel.

Paste the bot's token
@BotFather creates a new bot with the /newbot command; the /token command gives you an existing bot's token.

Set the name, time zone and access
In the same wizard, choose which teams see the channel and whether broadcasts and automations are allowed on it.

The bot is connected
AISAR sets up the webhook, and messages to the bot start arriving in the shared inbox.

Limitations
Telegram's bot rules worth knowing before you connect.
The customer writes first. A bot can only message a person after that person has written to the bot or opened a special link. This is a Telegram rule, not an AISAR one, and no setting gets around it.Telegram's rules for bots

A bot has only one webhook. If the bot is already connected to another system, that system stops receiving its messages once the bot is connected to AISAR. If you need the bot in both places, create a separate bot for AISAR.Connecting Telegram Bot
