SIP telephony for business: calls from your own number right in AISAR

AISAR connects your telecom operator's number as a SIP trunk, with a login and password or with the IP addresses of the operator's equipment. Operators take and place calls in a softphone right in the browser, in Zoiper on a smartphone or on a desk SIP phone. Calls are recorded and sit in the customer's conversation next to their messenger chats, and missed calls are gathered in a list of their own. SIP telephony is available on the Business plan only. 7 days free.

What SIP telephony gives you in AISAR

Your number stays with your telecom operator, and calls work alongside your other channels.

Your number, inbound and outbound

The number connects with your telecom operator's details: a login and password, or the IP addresses of its equipment. An outbound call to a customer starts from their card or from the dialer.

A browser softphone, Zoiper or a SIP phone

The browser softphone needs no setup: AISAR switches it on by itself once an operator has telephony. For a smartphone or a desk phone there is a separate SIP profile, and its details import into Zoiper with a QR code.

Call recording

Recording is on by default and is attached to the call right after it ends: play it or download it from the card. An administrator picks how long recordings are kept: never delete, 3 months, 6 months or a year.

Missed calls stay in sight

The call log has a separate Missed tab and a personal counter of unseen calls. The call card shows the contact and the past conversation, and you can call back or reply in a messenger in one click.

Inbound and outbound call flows

An inbound call is distributed to operators according to the schedule and a voice menu. Outbound routes set who calls from which number, with a backup line in case the main one is busy.

Extensions for colleagues

Each operator can get a short extension of 3–4 digits. Colleagues are called by name or by that extension, without going out on the external line.

How to connect

A four-step wizard. You'll need the number and the SIP connection details from your telecom operator.

  1. 1

Pick SIP telephony in the channel catalog

In the AISAR workspace: Settings, Channels, Add channel.

  2. 2

    Enter your telecom operator's details

A login and password or the IP addresses of the operator's equipment, plus the number. The wizard shows AISAR's trusted IP addresses: pass them to the operator so it adds them to its allowed list.

  3. 3

    Set the name and access

Enter the channel name, time zone and language, then choose which teams can use the number for calls.

  4. 4

    Check the line

AISAR checks the connection to the operator right away. Then make a test call to the number and one from it.

Limitations

Conditions worth knowing before you connect.

Business plan only. Telephony comes with the Business plan; a SIP channel can't be connected on Start. The number takes up one of the plan's channels.Plans and subscription

You need SIP access from your telecom operator. The operator issues a login and password or connects by IP address, and adds AISAR's addresses to its allowed list. Without that, registration and calls are rejected. What you'll need to connect

The softphone works in an open tab. An inbound call is picked up by the my.aisar.app tab. If it's closed and neither Zoiper nor a SIP phone is set up, the call won't reach the operator.Calls and the softphone

You tell the caller about recording. AISAR plays no automatic recording notice: add the phrase to your own greeting or say it at the start of the call. Deleting recordings when the retention term runs out is irreversible.Call recording and retention

20 000 ₸ / mo

SIP telephony comes only with the Business plan, which includes 3 channels and 5 users; a SIP number takes up one of the channels. An extra channel costs 10 000 ₸ / mo.
