WhatsApp and messenger platforms: honest comparisons
We compare AISAR with popular messenger aggregators using one methodology — and on three things storefront pricing pages usually hide: whether telephony exists at all (most aggregators have none), how the WhatsApp Business API is connected — directly from Meta or through a BSP middleman — and what a single channel actually costs per month. Each comparison is its own page; competitor data is verified against their official websites with a recorded date.

Aggregator price sheets are hard to compare head-on: some charge per connected channel, others per operator, others by contact or message volume. The only honest approach is to normalize everything to a unit cost: what one channel and one seat cost per month for your actual team setup.
The second filter is what's actually included in the price. Telephony (calls, call recordings) is missing entirely from most aggregators and has to be bought as a separate product. And check how many channels and users are already included in the plan: under per-channel pricing, the total grows with every connection.
The third filter is how the WhatsApp Business API is connected. Many aggregators work through BSP middlemen (360dialog, Gupshup): that's an extra link — a separate console, someone else's template billing, and one more point of failure between you and Meta. AISAR is a direct Meta partner, and WABA connects directly. Our comparisons call these lines out explicitly, and competitor data is verified against their official pricing with a recorded date.
